As a Certified Technology Trainer and a NY State licensed networking instructor I have trained many people, from novices to professionals, the necessary skills needed to become both computer repair technicians and networking professionals. I have been an instructor in both business and trade schools on Long Island and in Manhatten and Queens as well as in a local Long Island College. After teaching for approximately 5 years, I found my true passion was troubleshooting, fixing and maintaining the things we call computers and networks. What makes them work?
