I would like to personally thank you for the service work you've done on my system. Your quick response to my problems kept my system up and running with no loss of customer contact or income. Though I know you won't be that far away and that you can perform some service pc to pc, I'm sorry that you're relocating as I've come to view your close proximity as a safety net for my business. Long Island's loss will be Delaware's gain.

I just want to thank you for coming to my rescue. To refresh your memory, I was on the job when my laptop computer was giving me problems. I called for some of your usual 'user friendly' tech support but instead you told me you would just come to the store in Malverne because you weren't too far away. Long story short, in about 20 minutes, you were there hooking up things to my laptop and taking care of business. Your nominal fee and excellent service saved me a lot of money and a lot of time.
